Acceptable Stay. Issues with Noise and Early Check-in Fee

good locationloud noiseearly check-in fee
The location was good. It was close to the main shopping area and restaurants.
I arrived 90 minutes before check-in time, and was told my room was ready. I had to pay 4000 JPY to access it. Demolition work in the building next door started early, the noise was very loud in the room.

Reasonable stay in Ginza

helpful staffclean roomnoisy receptionodd arrangement
The room was clean. The staff stored our luggage until our ride arrived at 1 pm to pick us up for the airport. That helped a lot since check out was 11 am.
The reception is on the second floor and every evening there is a DJ set in that area. It is unpleasant to pass through people partying to get to the room. I found that really odd.
