the location was excellent for exploring. it offered easy access to ginza's shopping and dining. the staff were very nice and helpful . i found the laundry facility easy to use and convenient. there were also many free items available at the main reception..

easy access amazing shower comfy beds
The location is superb, offering easy access to multiple transportation options. The room was surprisingly large and comfortable for this area. The shower was amazing. The beds are comfy.
The hotel charged a fee for late check-out, even though I checked in late after paying for a full night.

The room design is relaxing and almost super clean. Two different pillows, one soft and one hard, were supplied with each bed. The toilet is separate from the shower room.

convenient location welcome drink easy projector
the location was very convenient to many restaurants and a nearby train station! i loved the welcome drink ticket, a nice touch after a long journey. my room included a projector i easily connected to my phone, i enjoyed several movies.
the lobby bar had loud music at night though i could not hear it from my room.

Reasonable stay in Ginza
helpful staff clean room noisy reception odd arrangement
The room was clean. The staff stored our luggage until our ride arrived at 1 pm to pick us up for the airport. That helped a lot since check out was 11 am.
The reception is on the second floor and every evening there is a DJ set in that area. It is unpleasant to pass through people partying to get to the room. I found that really odd.
